We live-streamed our show at Whistling Willie's Fishkill last night, and it was a blast. Our lead guitarist/audio wizard Joe mic'd us all up and somehow piped it into an iPhone, and the results were awesome. Just check it out below!!! Happy holidays all and Merry New Year from 7DG! We played possibly the nicest room we've ever played before last weekend...Heritage in Wappingers. If you haven't found your way down there yet - go! They rock. Although they rock a little harder when 7DG is in the house!!! What a great crowd, great staff, and great night. Maybe, just maybe, we'll do a show one night when it isn't actually raining? Here's hoping!

We have shows coming up at both Whistling Willie's locations in early December. On Saturday 12/1, we're back in Cold Spring; and on Friday 12/7, we're in Fishkill. Come to one. Or both!

We had a great time rocking out in Cold Spring Saturday night...thanks again to the crew at Whistling Willie's! Our next show is on Route 9 in Wappingers, at the (relatively) new Heritage. A beautiful bar and restaurant, we're super excited to bring the 7 Days experience to a different kind of space! Make a night of it - bring the family for dinner, and then come hang at the bar while we pump out some of our latest and greatest!!!

We've been working up a few new numbers to mix in...we're keeping them a secret though. You'll just have to show up to hear what they are! In the meantime, he's a nice little nugget from 10/6 at Cousins. Some U2 for the crowd!!!

No, we're not Arby's...but we are the hottest rock cover band in the Hudson Valley!!! And now we have the shirts to prove it. We gave our new gear a test run at Cousins' Ale Works on Saturday night, and they passed the test with flying colors. Shout out to Aaron and Jackie (and Porter the Brew Dog too...) at C.A.W. for their hospitality! We are looking forward to coming back in 2019 to rock out in the giant brew hall and soak in all those awesome acoustics!!!

Fall season kicks off September 7!!!

Hi all, and hope you've had a fantastic summer! Seven Days will be back at it very very soon - next week, in fact! We are kicking off our fall performance schedule with a Friday night show on the 7th at our very favorite haunt in Salt Point, Copperfields. Showtime is nice and early, 7:30pm - so come on down for some great grub, grab a seat by the bar, and rock out with us for as long as you like! We have a steady stream of fall dates booked - just check the "Gigs" section on the right side of the page (you might need to scroll down a little.) We hope to see you all a bunch of times, starting out with next Friday at Copperfields!!!

We had a tremendous night rocking yesterday with you all at Whistling Willie's! The crowd was fantastic, and the room sounded like Avery Fisher Music Hall. That's an important music place, right?!? Thanks again to the whole crew at WW's -- great people, great bar, great food, great place! We cannot wait to come back and do it all over again real soon!!!

We had a positively outrageous time rocking out last Saturday with our friends at the Alley Kat last Saturday night. What a great room! What a great crowd! Seven Days was firing on all cylinders....the energy in the room was absolutely fantastic.

Big thanks to Lia, Kostas, and the rest of the crew at Juan Murphy's for an amazing night! The crowd was absolutely rocking it out until the very last tune of the night!!! We had an absolute blast partying with you all and can't wait to do it all again very very soon.

Once again, we had a great time rocking out with Alisha and the gang at Whiskey Ally's on Saturday night. Once again, we got a few requests we couldn't handle...but it didn't stop the crowd from dancing around and singing along!!! Annmarie (below...) rocked it to the ground on "Sweet Child o' Mine" and the crowd was right there the whole time with us. Can't wait to see you all again soon. Next stop: Juan Murphy's in Poughkeepsie on June 2!!!!

Not kidding...the house mascot is a very cool little pig who likes to come check out the equipment while we're setting up and getting ready to rock the joint!!!
