Happy Thanksgiving from 7DG!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone from the band! We recorded a bit of our recent show at Tina's Rest earlier in the month with multiple camera angles...video edit credits to our resident wizard Joe! We are taking a little break until 2020 to deal with busy lives and holiday plans...and also to work on some new material! We will be back in action early in 2020, though. Our first show is slated for 1/3 out at La Famiglia in Carmel - so if you still have some oomph left in the tank after New Years', we'll be there and ready to swing!!!

Here's a nice little snapshot of our performance at Peekskill Brewery on 10/12...some last minute Billy Joel for the crowd! What a great night we got from the weather Gods. Still, we're so disappointed to have missed you all last night at Heritage, but we will be working with both venues to see you again there very very soon! We'll be performing (for the very first time) down in Peekskill next Saturday...then back with our friends at Heritage for a stripped down, acoustic performance on a Friday night...and then another debut out at Tina's in Holmes. We hope to see you at one, two, or all three of these stops!!!

Saturday night out at Karen's!

Come join us in Poughkeepsie in the Apple Valley Plaza at Karen's. We'll be rocking it starting at 8 pm, and going until you all tell us it's time to go home!!!

We just added 10/12 at the Peekskill Brewery. Tonight we're at the Arlington Street Fair, should hit the stage around 5. Come catch us along with a bunch of other great HV music acts! Next week we're at Karen's in Poughkeepsie on Route 55 in the Apple Valley Plaza. Lots and lots of Seven Days goodness on tap this fall!!!!

We're heading out to Carmel tomorrow night, Friday Aug 9, for a show at a new venue for us - La Famiglia. We hear great things about the food, drink, and place -- come show them (and us!) some love for a night of fiery 7DG rock and roll! We start at 9:30.

OK, it was hot outside...but it got pretty hot inside, too! What a great night we had with our friends at the Alley Kat Lounge last Friday. Some pure exuberance in the room. Our intrepid fans came and snapped some nice photos, too!

Upcoming shows for Summer/Fall

We're super pumped about the next few months...we have some exciting new venues lined up. We'll be coming to Carmel and La Famiglia in August for the first time, as well as playing the Arlington Street Fair in September! On top of that, we'll be coming back to Heritage as our acoustic line-up. And not to be forgotten, of course - we'll be hitting one of our favorite old haunts, the Alley Kat, next weekend! See you out and around the HV!

Once again our hosts at Whistling Willie's did not disappoint. The night even featured an impromptu run through of The Beatles' "Birthday" for 10 year-old Lilliana, and then an even more impromptu run through of "Sweet Home Alabama" for Lilliana's Dad!!! A blast had by all. We'll see you back at WW's soon. Next up, Alley Kat in Wappingers in July!

Fishkill...here we come. Batten down the hatches!!!

We're coming back to one of our very favorite rooms to play, Whistling Willie's in Fishkill, for a show on Friday, June 7. We've got some new tunes in tow, they've got all the beer and good eats you could ask for - so what's your beef?!? Come on out and rock it with us!

5/25...we're back at it on Saturday night in Cold Spring!

Come on out with us to Whistling Willie's, right on the corner of 9D and Main Street in Cold Spring. An absolute institution. Do we need to talk about the wings again? I do not think so!!! There will also be an abundance of rocking. So if great food, beer, and rock and roll are your thang - shake a tailfeather and join us for a night out!

We had a great time stripping down and running through the streets of Beacon naked...I mean, well, sort of! Without our powerhouse rhythm section, we just went for it with our voices and guitars. And it was a blast. Thanks again to Victoria, Lauren, and Keri at the Barking Frog -- we'd love to come back soon and rock with you again!!!

We had an absolute killer night with the gang (Pam and Karen) at Karen's in Poughkeepsie on Saturday night. What a great crowd! The energy in the room was fantastic, and we can't wait to come back soon and rock with you all.

In just two short weeks, we'll be performing an acoustic, stripped down version of our tunes at the Barking Frog in Beacon. Friday, 5/10 at 7pm. Come on down and hang for the more chill version of Seven Days!!! Can you believe such a thing exists?!?

Debut show at Karen's Bar and Grill...Saturday, April 27

Right on route 55...we're looking forward to performing at Karen's for the first time. Our plan of attack: rock the place to the ground, as per standing orders from command and control...your mission, should you choose to accept: come on out, get up, and get get get down!!!

We want to thank our friends at the Alley Kat in Wappingers for having us out. We had a blast and can't wait to see you all again soon! We really enjoyed trotting out some of our newer material, and big props to our newest friend Crystal helping out on the tambourine for "Walk Like an Egyptian"!!! (sadly, Crystal, we don't have any pictures but if you do...send them our way!)

Hi all...we kick off 2019 with some new gigs and new tunes! We are hoping to make this year even more fun and rocking - we are adding songs by Alanis Morrisette, R.E.M., Franz Ferdinand, Carrie Underwood, Green Day, and more! How's that for eclectic?!?
